Your original artwork purchase evidenced by your payment received through our PayPal Secure Invoicing services, indicates your acknowledgement and acceptance of this condition.

Forge:  The Artwork of Kevin Booher is a nano-gallery and therefore currently unable to fulfill any sales, exhibition, leasing or gifting requests or submissions received from individuals or entities located outside the United States.  Forge Gallery does not market to, nor in any other manner, attempt  to collect any personal data from European Union residents or citizens, or data subjects.  Furthermore, Forge Gallery is neither a processor nor controller of personal data.
