Studio Workshops
Working Artists:
Collaborate With Kevin
Are you a working artist or visual fine arts student with at least one year completed in your post-high-school education journey, interested in collaborating with Kevin to learn and share various artmaking techniques in a personalized, studio working environment? If so, you may wish to participate in one of the following Studio Workshops we offer.
Workshop Topics
- Drawing for Printmaking
- Monotype and Lithographs Printmaking (B&W, Colorized, Gouache)
- Making Ink Drawings
- Oils and Acrylics Paintings: Examination of Mark-making
Each Workshop Session is limited to no more than three (3) participants collaborating with Kevin (and each other), in Kevin's home studio space.
Each session is five hours long, with a 30-minute meal break, and includes the following components:
- a 20-minute opening lecture from Kevin
- two 20-minute round-table interviews, discussions and group-feedback sessions among all participants
- individual artmaking workstations for use by the participants
- proposed subject matter for shared exercises
- all necessary art supplies to allow unlimited works to be created by the participant during the Workshop
- completion gift of four appropriate fine art printmaking papers for all Workshops other than Oils and Acrylics Paintings: Examination of Mark-making, whose participants receive one new 12 x 12 “ or larger, pre-stretched, gesso-treated canvas upon completion

5-Hour Workshops Begin at 9:00 a.m. and End at 2:00 p.m.
We provide mineral water and snacks, you bring your lunch and creative energy.
